Terms and conditions
1. Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the amount of the cruise must be paid to confirm your reservation.The balance must be paid at least 30 days before the start date of the cruise. Last minute bookings within 30 days must be paid in full at one time. Payments must be made by bank transfer to our account in Indonesia, the bank details will be transmitted during billing. The names, first names and reference of the cruise must appear on the transfer slip. Please note that transfer fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
2. Change fees:
Changing a cruise date will be considered a cancellation and a new reservation. Any fees will apply on the date of receipt of the change request email.
3. Cancellation fees:
More than 120 days before the date of the cruise, US $ 200 deducted from the deposit.From 120 to 60 days, 30% of the non-refundable deposit. From 60 to 30 days, 50% of the non-refundable deposit. Less than 30 days, 100% of the non-refundable deposit.
Air tickets for domestic flights purchased by Exotic Bali Excursions are not refundable in case of cancellation of the cruise. All cancellations must be made by email to balijavatour@gmail.com
